I’ve had the great fortune of working with Andre specifically for over a decade in various guises both as an agency owner and now as a senior executive of a corporation.
As an ex agency person, I understand the way in which agencies work.
There needs to be hiring of specialists to do specialist tasks and with that you get expertise but you get a lot of moving parts, a lot of opportunities for things to go wrong and a lot of cost that gets built into that system.
What I get from Color Andre is the benefits of a large agency capability set, but I get that with a much smaller footprint and a fraction of the cost.
Very unusual.
So, what I would say is that Color Andre represents an excellent opportunity to be able to augment an existing team, to be able to bulk up for projects or for special tasks that you couldn’t otherwise been able to have that specialist tool because you wouldn’t get the utilization on it. But you can basically, with very low risk and at relatively low cost being able to guarantee that result.
Very quickly Colour Andre is being able to determine what portion of a brief that their team can do internally and about what the best mix of support team needs to be to be able to develop an integrated brief.
Whether it be a specialist printer, whether it be a piece of technology, whether it be some obscure app designer that we need to have to fix a problem.
I never have to worry about that because at the end of the day I’ve got a fixed price, I’ve got an outcome I’m going to be guaranteed and I’m going to get a delivery date that I don’t have to worry about.
