Designing, producing, printing and mailing 10,000 copies of a brochure around the country is an expensive process that might not produce the required results…because there’s no guarantee that anyone will read it. With this in mind, AHRI asked us to instead produce a four-minute explainer video outlining their products and services, and to create distinct sections, so that different versions could be used to target different markets.
Uptake in membership was unprecedented, and this approach has formed the basis of their recruitment activity ever since.
